InfraredVein Finder acquires image of subcutaneous veins, the image which  resultsfrom dealing with image signal is projected onto the surface of the skin. Thus,subcutaneous vein image will be displayed on the skin surface of thecorresponding position.

Methodof Application

Beforeusing the product, medical staff should be familiar with how to correctlylocate in order to get the best detection effect.  In the process of use,it is recommended that the medical staff take touch and visual observationinformation for reference, combined with the projected image results todetermine the actual location of veins. Please try to keep the observed of skinsmooth and tight, give priority to choose areas of the organization with lessscars, spots or hair.

StartThe Instrument

Pressand release the power button of the panel, then the instrument starts.

Afterthe instrument starts up, power indicator lights up. According to the powerquantity, the light shows two colors: white, blue. White represents high power,low blue stands for low power.

Pleasemake sure that the power indicator is normal and power is full while theinstrument works. Power  

indicatordisplaying blue indicates the instrument needs to be recharged in time. Whenthe instrument is charging, charging indicator is flashing white light. If itis fully charged, charging indicator puts out.

RepeaterOperation

Heightadjustment: Rotate high lever knob in order to stretch base rod, the base rodcan be elongated to the highest position. Then, rotate high lever knob in theother direction to lock. Rotate high fine-tuning knob to highly fine-tune thebase rod.

Distancemeasurement: Pull the antenna out to maximum; make the antenna perpendicular tothe surface of the skin and the antenna head contact the surface of the skin.You can observe instrument square image projected onto the surface of the skin.The grain of the image is corresponding with subcutaneous vein grain. 

Medicalstaff choose the appropriate target vein to complete the venipuncture.

Imagingmode switch: Insert the needle into the hole of projection window, pressimaging mode switch button, image can be switched to blue-white, red-green andred-white imaging mode.

Imagebrightness adjustment: Touch image brightness adjustment button to adjust imagebrightness. means brightness enhancement, " " means brightnessreduction.

Sleep:The instrument starts sleep mode when touch sleep button. The image is off.Meanwhile, the instrument saves electricity. If you touch the sleep buttonagain, the image restores.

Enhancer:Rotate knob to the projection image clearly.

Shutdown:After using, press the power button, the instrument is turned off andpower indicator is extinguished.Suggestions for use

Clinicaluse: Two methods for clinical use are recommended. The first method is thatmedical staff begin venipuncture directly while using the instrument .Thesecond one is to draw lines towards along the projection image of targetedveins by a medical skin marker. It is convenient for venipuncture aftershutdown.

Sunlightor indicator light illume: While you are using the instrument, please do notmake the measured surface of skin towards to the sun. Otherwise the vein imageis incomplete. It is necessary to adjust the indoor illumination which canhelp medical staff to examine the vein display better.

Attentionand Caution

InfraredVein Finder is a kind of medical equipment which it forms the subcutaneous veinimage in situ for contactless.

Inorder to accurately examine the position of the vein, it is suggested put theproduct at the proper height and angle, and keep the product located in thecenter of the target vein.

Dontlook straight at the light source when it is working.

Thisproduct belongs to the electronic equipment. There could be outsideinterference by electromagnetic signal. So please stay away from otherequipments when using.

Itis suggest that the instrument should not be used when it is charging.

Theinstrument has no waterproof function, please keep it from liquid.

Pleasedo not open, disassemble or repair the instrument by yourself.

Ifthe product is expected to be not used for a long time, please charge theproduct fully, clean and package it in a dry, shady and cool place to store bythe original packaging materials. Please avoid putting the product upside down andunder heavy stuff when storaging.

Thisproduct contains lithium polymer batteries; it is strictly prohibited to putthe product into the fire. Don't discard at will and contact the manufacturerfor recycling.

Maintenance

Itis suggested to maintain regular equipment, ensure it enough clean before use.

Attentionfor instrument maintenance matters: 

Theinstrument has no waterproof function, please keep it from water and dontoperate with wet hands.

Pleasedo not use the method of ultraviolet irradiation or high temperatures fordisinfection.

Itis suggested that do not charge the instrument when it is maintained.

Youcan disinfect the instrument by a clean dry cloth which is wet with soap,medicinal alcohol and twisted dry.
